چکیده
Purpose: Dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE)-MRI has a promising role in breast cancer detection and lesion characterisation. Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) acts as an adjunct the differentiation between benign malignant lesions. The purpose of study was to evaluate efficacy DCE-MRI DWI differentiating Methods: In prospective conducted March 2019 February 2020, 60 patients with lesions underwent combined breast. time–intensity curves were plotted. Lesions classified according latest American College Radiology Breast Imaging Reporting Data System (ACR BI-RADS; 5th edition). results compared histopathological diagnosis. sensitivity specificity DWI, DCE-MRI, calculated for Results: Sixty MRI which 78 detected, out 28 50 malignant. Quantitative apparent diffusion coefficient measurement revealed 96% 82% specificity, positive predictive value 92% negative 96%, from findings showed 78.5% specificity. 98% 86%, higher than alone. Conclusion: Multiparametric very high detecting characterising or had use greater

Objective(s): 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18F-FDG PET-CT) is a well-used and established technique for lung cancer staging. Radiation therapy requires accurate target volume delineation, which is difficult in most cases due to coexisting atelectasis. The present study was performed to compare the 18F-FDG PET-CT with contrast enhanced computed tomogr...

متن کاملPrimary breast osteosarcoma: dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, proton spectroscopy and diffusion weighted imaging findings.
Dear Editor, Primary pure osteosarcoma of the breast is a rare malignant tumour and is histologically indistinguishable from conventional osteosarcoma of the bone and other extraskeletal sites. Being a rare entity that is briefl y reported in the radiology literature, it has some interesting imaging features worthy of discussion. Here we report the novel fi ndings of dynamic contrast-enhanced M...
